I am an integrative, holistic psychotherapist based in downtown San Francisco, California. I offer in-person services in San Francisco, as well as virtually throughout California. I work individually with adults of all ages, adolescents, and couples, and I run groups throughout the year. I tailor your sessions to your unique needs, drawing from various techniques and theories to support your innate wisdom and capacity for growth.
