I am an integrative, holistic psychotherapist based in downtown San Francisco, California providing in-person services to locals, as well as virtual support throughout California. Sessions are available for adults of all ages, adolescents, and couples, with group sessions on various topics offered throughout the year. Each session is tailored to meet your unique needs and respond to your life and experience, utilizing various techniques and theories to support your innate wisdom and ability to grow.
